In this role, you will execute service plans at strategic district accounts, provide customers with problem-solving assistance, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. **What the Role Offers:** You will join a large and growing company offering a competitive base salary and excellent benefits You will enjoy a paid training program that enables you to learn from successful professionals You will have long-term career development opportunities in service and sales Access to best-in-class resources, tools, and technology in your field Thrive in a company that values a safety culture—including top-tier safety training and personal protective equipment **Your Responsibilities:** Sample collection / physical-chemical analysis Chemical product handling Area cleaning Product dosing (transfers for product preparation) Supervision and adjustment of dosing equipment Site visits for information gathering Logbook entry / report generation Commissioning and maintenance of dosing pumps Exchange and maintenance of accessories for such dosing pumps Operation of automatic control software for equipment Maintenance of dosing lines (basic plumbing knowledge); installations (knowledge of elbows, couplings, etc.) Identify and report product failures and/or issues when outside established parameters; resolve problems efficiently and offer cost-effective alternatives as needed Conduct equipment inspections to monitor operating conditions and performance quality, issuing corresponding reports Participate in team meetings to improve customer service Document and communicate services delivered to the customer, ensuring clarity and value **Position Details:** The candidate must reside in: Tlajomulco, Jalisco or nearby locations Your service area includes: Tlajomulco, Jalisco Schedule and shifts: Monday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (one day off per week). **Minimum Requirements:** Completed high school diploma; Technical degree in industrial maintenance, chemistry, environmental science, electricity, tools, or related fields; Incomplete engineering degree in Chemistry, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields Reside in Tlajomulco, Jalisco (primarily southern area) or nearby locations Basic experience in WWTP operations, sludge pit treatment, cooling systems (types), exploration and reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, pumping equipment, preventive maintenance, basic tool handling, industrial safety, or industrial technical service roles **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to lift/push/carry 25 kg.
