Plant Operational Digitalization Engineer Job Mission DESIGN, IMPLEMENT, AND OPERATE DIGITALIZATION SOLUTIONS DIRECTLY ON THE PLANT FLOOR, REPORTING TO THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, TO MEASURE PRODUCTION (KG/H, PIECES/H), ENERGY CONSUMPTION, AND EFFECTIVE OPERATING HOURS. STANDARDIZE OPERATIONAL DOCUMENTATION TO ENSURE BATCH-LEVEL TRACEABILITY IN AN INDUSTRIAL RECYCLING ENVIRONMENT. THIS ROLE IS HIGHLY OPERATIONAL AND EXECUTION-FOCUSED, WITH STRONG ON-SITE PRESENCE, AIMING TO BUILD A REPLICABLE ARCHITECTURE FOR A SECOND PLANT. Key Responsibilities \- Process mapping and documentation of production processes on the plant floor. \- Implementation of real-time production data capture systems. \- Modeling and management of cloud-based databases. \- Development of applications using Google AppSheet and/or Zoho Creator, or similar platforms. \- Integration of tablets, label printers, and peripherals. \- Implementation of batch-level traceability. \- Installation, support, and configuration of industrial Wi-Fi networks (UniFi/Ubiquiti). \- Training and on-the-job support for operational staff. Job Requirements \- INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE, MECHATRONICS, OR RELATED FIELD. \- ≥5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN OPERATIONAL DIGITALIZATION IN A PLANT ENVIRONMENT. \- PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE INSTALLING AND CONFIGURING INDUSTRIAL WI-FI NETWORKS. \- PROFICIENCY IN APPSHEET, ZOHO CREATOR, AND OFFICE 365. \- EXPERIENCE WITH FIELD DATA CAPTURE HARDWARE. \- KNOWLEDGE OF UNIFI / UBIQUITI. \- EXPERIENCE WITH TABLETS AND LABEL PRINTERS. Working Conditions Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break). Saturday overtime, subject to prior coordination with immediate supervisor. Industrial recycling environment.
