




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accountant with payroll experience for a textile company, responsible for processing payroll-related incidents and advising employees. Key Requirements: 1. Essential experience in pre-payroll and payroll. 2. Proficiency in Office, SAP, and intermediate/advanced Excel. 3. Knowledge of the legal framework governing payroll and the Federal Labor Law. **TEXTILE COMPANY SEEKING JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT WITH PAYROLL EXPERIENCE** * ***PROFILE:*** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Experience in pre-payroll/payroll Proficiency in Office, SAP, and intermediate/advanced Excel Payroll processing, application, and preparation: 3 to 5 years Payroll reporting: 2 years Knowledge of the legal framework governing payroll, ISR payroll deductions from employees, IMSS contributions from employees, INFONAVIT contributions from employees, ASPEL NOI **MANDATORY (NON-NEGOTIABLE)** Hands-on experience conducting on-site employee onboarding and offboarding Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * ***SKILLS:*** Consolidate, enter, and manage all payroll-related incidents accurately and promptly within the payroll system, in accordance with the corporate-established processing calendar (overtime, incentives, bonuses, salary adjustments, personnel movements, reporting line changes, organizational charts, severance calculations, terminations, etc.), ensuring precise records and compliance with internal policies and legal labor obligations. Advise employees regarding vacation processes, payroll payments, mobile devices, savings fund loans, personnel movement forms, and/or new or changed positions, as well as any other matters related to benefits and entitlements, ensuring timely and proper execution of established administrative procedures. Calculate severance payments in accordance with company policies. Collect and securely retain all documents containing the appropriate authorizations for incidents and payments that may be required for payroll audits and various external authority procedures (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Ministry of Labor, COFEPRIS, etc.), ensuring timely availability of documentation and information in compliance with current regulations. ***INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST APPLY THROUGH THIS PLATFORM!!!*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
