Job Summary: Responsible for payroll calculations and processing, as well as managing employee onboarding and offboarding in the payroll system. Key Highlights: 1. Development of skills in daily operational reporting. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field * Proficiency in Excel * Strong written communication skills Responsibilities * Perform payroll calculations and supporting documentation for weekly, biweekly, monthly, severance, and/or extraordinary payrolls based on relevant incidents. * Process weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, monthly, severance, and extraordinary payroll payments. * Apply electronic payroll stamps (timbrado) to each processed payroll. * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding in the payroll system. * Generate daily operational reports.
