Payroll reconciliation with accounting and support during audits. **Junior Payroll Analyst** **Location:** Santa Fe **Work Modality:** 100% on-site **Job Description** An established company is seeking a **Payroll Analyst** responsible for ensuring the **accurate administration, calculation, and execution of the payroll process**, guaranteeing the accuracy of earnings, deductions, and personnel incidents, in accordance with current **labor, tax, and social security regulations**. This role involves detailed payroll process management, accounting reconciliations, calculation of social security contributions, and support during internal and external audits. We seek an analytical, organized professional with a strong sense of responsibility, contributing to maintaining **operational stability, regulatory compliance, and organizational trust** in compensation processes. **Responsibilities** * Administer and execute the **end-to-end weekly and biweekly payroll process**, from incident capture through bank disbursement and tax stamping (CFDI). * Validate and consolidate **personnel incidents** (attendance, overtime, disabilities, absences, vacations, leaves, among others). * Correctly apply **collective bargaining agreements, union contracts, and internal policies** in payroll and benefits calculations. * Calculate, validate, and issue **payroll CFDIs**, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation. * Determine and control **social security contributions and employer obligations** (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAR, ISN). * Manage affiliation transactions—**hires, terminations, and salary modifications**—with the corresponding institutions. * Perform **reconciliations between payroll and accounting**, ensuring consistency of accruals and financial records. * Provide support in **PTU (Profit Sharing), severance settlements, and liquidations**. * Address requirements from **internal and external audits**, preparing reconciled and documented information. * Follow up on **labor and tax authority requests**, ensuring timely and accurate submission of information. Essential Requirements: * Minimum **2 years of experience in similar roles** within payroll departments. * Experience in **comprehensive payroll administration, social security contribution calculation, and tax compliance**. * Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting** or related field. **MANDATORY** **Technical Knowledge** * Payroll, severance settlements, liquidations, and PTU calculations. * Determination of the **Salary Base for Social Security Contributions (SBC)**. * Calculation and control of **IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SAR contributions**. * Management of personnel incidents (attendance, disabilities, vacations, leaves, etc.). * Knowledge of **payroll CFDI: calculation, stamping, cancellation, and substitution**. * Reconciliation of **payroll accruals with accounting records**. * Proficiency with institutional platforms: SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, SIPARE, FONACOT. * ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, or others). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation). **We Offer** * Salary range: **$20,000 gross** * Excellent work environment * 100% on-site work arrangement * Work location: Santa Fe Salary: $16,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
