Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Proactive attitude, dynamism, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility. Support in workplace climate surveys and performance evaluations. Collaboration in onboarding courses and training programs. Development of materials and reports, and tracking of departmental KPIs. Support in internal communication initiatives and institutional events.
