This position is **cross-functional**, with direct impact on **sales, logistics, finance, production, and warehousing**, combining **process design, report generation, follow-up, and direct execution when operations demand it**. **Job Objective** Guarantee reliable and measurable execution of the company’s entire operation, ensuring: * Correct flow from sales → operations → invoicing → collections → logistics * Clear and timely information for decision-making * Compliance with timelines, pricing, quantities, and commitments to customers **Key Responsibilities1. Operational Reporting and Control (Cross-functional)** * Design and implement **standardized weekly reports** for: * Invoicing * Collections * Purchasing * Warehousing / Inventory * Accounting * Production and Quality * **Sales** * **Logistics / Distribution** * Define clear and actionable KPIs (not decorative reports). * Ensure timely delivery and consistency of information. * Analyze deviations and follow up until resolution. **2. Sales – Order, Discipline, and Visibility** *(Not a commercial role; rather, a structural and control role)* * Structure sales reports: * Orders received vs. fulfilled * Complete deliveries * Backorders / shortages * Cancellations and causes * Ensure sales operates with: * A clear schedule of visits * Follow-up with key customers * Up-to-date information for production and logistics * Identify misalignments between sales, inventory, and operational capacity. * Support in defining priorities when demand exceeds capacity. **3. Logistics and Distribution** * Design and maintain controls for: * Routes * Complete deliveries * In-store time * Incidents and rejections * Ensure logistics feeds reliable information to: * Invoicing * Sales * Collections * Identify operational inefficiencies (idle time, rework, errors). * Support organization and improvement of delivery flows when necessary. **4. Process Design and Improvement** * Map critical processes: * Sales → order → production → shipment → invoice → collections * Identify bottlenecks and failure points. * Propose and implement practical and executable improvements. * Document minimum required flows for stable operations. **5. Direct Operational Support (Hands-on)** When operations require it: * Support invoicing to meet closing deadlines. * Support inventory and consumption reconciliation. * Create temporary controls when systems are not functioning. * Support tracking of critical or urgent deliveries. Core principle: Solve today and systematize for tomorrow.**6. Follow-up, Discipline, and Accountability** * Follow up on commitments from each department. * Demand clear deadlines, responsible parties, and deliverables. * Escalate relevant deviations to General Management. * Avoid “gray zones” between departments. **7.
