Our commitment is to contribute to the development and improvement of various sectors across industry and government. **We invite you to join our team!** **\*\* Operational Process Leader \*\*** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree / Engineering in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies, IT Management, or related field. * Minimum two years’ experience in internal audits, quality control, process management, risk assessment, documentation and process management tools, quality, and implementation of management systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software. * Knowledge and application of ISO standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute process interactions to assess updates and conformity of procedures, flowcharts, matrices, and other organizational documents. * Audit operational compliance with all organizational procedures. * Propose and support the implementation of process, form, and activity improvements, aiming to: * Enhance functional efficiency across departments, as derived from annual audits, thereby strengthening operational control and promoting continuous improvement. * Supervise that quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, information security, business continuity, IT service delivery, anti-bribery, and corporate social responsibility management systems comply with international ISO standard requirements. * Monitor and ensure achievement of management system objectives. * Conduct scheduled audits outlined in the annual audit plan. * Prepare audit result reports and follow up on the closure of findings, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement. **Required Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and ability to produce structured documentation. * Effective communication and team training capabilities. * Organizational skills. * Leadership. * Excellent teamwork abilities. * Excellent communication skills. **What We Offer:** * Base salary of $21835\.92\.
