Here, every challenge is an opportunity to innovate and create value. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for analyzing, proposing, and executing improvements to Credit and Portfolio lifecycle processes, as well as District operations—ensuring up-to-date tools, efficient processes, and management aligned with business strategy. **How will you achieve this?** * Propose, develop, and implement improvements to Credit and Portfolio processes, ensuring their efficiency, control, and standardization. * Manage and analyze databases to generate reliable and timely information that drives strategic decisions. * Lead strategic projects, prioritizing critical and cross-functional initiatives that directly impact the business. * Implement solutions using Advanced Excel (macros), Office 365, and Power Automate to maximize operational efficiency. * Document processes, tools, and manuals, ensuring proper knowledge management within the area. * Train teams and ensure correct adoption of processes. * Coordinate requirements from Financial Audit and ensure regulatory compliance. **What will make you successful:** * 1–2 years of experience working with data, KPIs, and process automation * Advanced Excel (including macros) * Interest in process design, documentation, and standardization * (Desirable) Knowledge of Power Apps or other Office 365 tools **Ready for the challenge?** Here, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact business efficiency, lead key initiatives, and grow professionally in a dynamic and innovative environment.
