Join us and grow professionally; **we are seeking an Assistant for the General Services Department.** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a **similar position.** * Experience supervising staff **(essential).** * Prior experience managing staff in previous roles. * Ability to perform physical tasks. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * **Proactivity** in identifying and resolving problems. * Excellent **communication and customer service skills.** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in setting up and dismantling furniture and equipment for events, meetings, and activities. * Supervise cleaning and maintenance of common areas, offices, classrooms, restrooms, and other facilities. * Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. * Collaborate in receiving and distributing materials and equipment. * Provide support in handling emergencies and unforeseen situations, acting in accordance with established safety protocols. * Maintain effective communication with the work team and other departments to ensure smooth facility operations. **WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM; SATURDAY, 8:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.** **LOCATION: CAMPUS ON AV.
