Job Summary: We are seeking a professional technician in systems or maintenance to perform migrations, hard disk cloning, image deployment, and technical support, with knowledge of Office 365, operating systems, and networks. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and computer equipment maintenance role. 2. Responsibilities include system migrations and hard disk cloning. 3. Experience with Office 365 and Windows/Mac operating systems. Professional technician in systems or preventive/corrective maintenance of computer equipment or related fields. MINIMUM ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE * Perform system and data migrations from one device to another * Hard disk cloning * Image deployment * Knowledge of Office 365 (OneDrive\-SharePoint) to diagnose incidents related to the internal usage platform. * Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. * Knowledge of IT incident and service request management software. * Intermediate knowledge of networking and electronics. * Intermediate office software proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc). * Minimum work experience: (1\) year in help desk or technical support roles within companies supporting at least one hundred (100\) users. * Ticket documentation and tracking. * Operating systems, software, antivirus, and various applications. * Configure email accounts, local and network printers. * Data backups for computer equipment.
