Job Summary: Supervise, implement, and operate a Quality and Patient Safety System, overseeing nursing staff to maintain the highest quality standards according to Hospital MAC’s procedures and policies. General Objective: Supervise, implement, and operate a Quality and Patient Safety System. Supervise nursing staff in patient care to maintain the highest quality standards according to Hospital MAC’s general procedures and policies. Define, in coordination with the multidisciplinary team, work processes related to organization, personnel administration, regulation, indicators, and service improvement for the assigned area. Job Responsibilities: * Execute work plans in collaboration with Nursing Department Heads, aligned with institutional objectives. * Implement safe processes, policies, protocols, and procedures for patients based on work plans and best practices. * Implement and monitor measures supporting goals that ensure patient safety. * Control inventories of supplies and medications under one’s responsibility. * Verify the application of best nursing practices in patient care. * Resolve complaints and feedback from internal and external customers. * Ensure staffing coverage according to specific patient care standards. * Adhere to fundamental best practices for patient care. * Measure and report nursing indicators. * Collaborate in measuring quality indicators. * Daily reporting of quantitative data.
