We are currently seeking a* ***NURSING COORDINATOR FOR NEWBORN SERVICES****. **Requirements:** * Academic verification: degree and professional license (mandatory) * Prior and verifiable experience in nursing practice within hospital and/or home-based settings, with a focus on gynecological-obstetric and/or neonatal care * Proficiency in information technologies and Office/Google applications * Excellent personal presentation * Ability and/or willingness to commute across the city **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper operational setup of the branch, including administrative processes, patient care workflows, clinical records management, and staff supervision * Supervise compliance with institutional guidelines, care protocols, and Salus Care Solutions’ quality policies from the outset of operations * Oversee the process of patient assessment, assignment, and clinical follow-up for patients receiving home-based care from this branch * Coordinate with the nursing team to develop customized care plans and ensure their accurate implementation * Conduct internal audits and follow-up visits to guarantee quality in home-based care delivery * Proactively identify collaboration opportunities with physicians, hospitals, specialized departments, and discharged patients requiring home-based care services * Represent the company in meetings with executives, physicians, and administrative staff of partner institutions * Design and implement local commercial strategies to position the branch as a reliable and professional homecare solution **We Offer:** * Timely biweekly payroll payment of $20,000.00 MXN per month + bonuses for completed visits * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, year-end bonus, vacation time, and vacation premium) * Respectful treatment and 24/7 advisory support * Financial incentive for transportation and/or fuel **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — certified graduate **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Medicine / Health **Industry:** Hospital and Healthcare **Skills:** * Nursing * Pediatrics * Obstetrics *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=695bcf686800004400f69377&source=indeed
