Opportunity to work on LAN/WLAN network design and maintenance. **Job Objective** Support Microplus’s Network Team in basic activities related to network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance, developing technical knowledge and professional skills through participation in real-world client projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Provisioning and basic configuration of network equipment—such as Access Points and switches—following defined templates and guidelines. * Support in Network Assessments: gathering information, completing forms, documenting topologies and findings. * Preparation of material lists based on designs or requirements defined by the Network Team. * Support in creating and reviewing simple configuration scripts for network equipment. * Documentation of activities in internal tools and preparation of basic technical implementation reports for LAN/WLAN. * Participation in client meetings as an active listener to become familiar with Microplus’s technical language and service model. * Support in gathering client requirements, recording clear and organized information for the Engineering Team. * Basic support in Switching and Routing operations. **Requirements** * *Desired Technical Knowledge:* * Fundamentals of LAN and WLAN network design and implementation. * Basic concepts of SD\-WAN and routing. * Basic knowledge of network operating systems. * General understanding of network hardware: switches, routers, APs, firewalls. * Familiarity with network diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. * Basic ability to read network topologies and diagrams. **Competencies and Skills** * Eagerness to learn and strong technical curiosity about networking. * Proactivity in asking questions, conducting research, and proposing improvements. * Diligence and organization in documenting activities and tracking tasks. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Client orientation and service-minded attitude.
