JUNIOR ENGINEER (Industrial Automation) Are you a recent graduate or do you have up to 2 years of experience in industrial technical support? We are looking for a Junior Engineer to provide technical support for automation projects: installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, guided by senior and master engineers. This role emphasizes learning, technical execution, and customer service. Main Responsibilities Support in equipment installation, configuration, and commissioning Basic PLC, HMI, and drive programming Initial diagnosis of electrical and control faults On-site and remote support; preparation of reports and logs Compliance with industrial safety standards; handling emergencies under supervision Participation in internal training programs and Siemens certifications Requirements: Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field (recent graduate or currently completing degree) Experience: 0–2 years in industrial technical support or industrial internships Hard skills: Basic Siemens PLC (TIA Portal), industrial electricity, reading of diagrams, use of instruments, Office Soft skills: Learning attitude, responsibility, teamwork, technical communication, operational discipline Languages: Spanish (mandatory); basic English (desirable) Main OKR: Develop technical and operational competencies in industrial automation.
