Preventive maintenance and real-time tracking MATERIALS AND FLEET RESOURCES SUPERVISOR Department Administration / Operations / Materials Resources Reports to General Management / Manager Job Objective Ensure complete control, tracking, auditing, and proper administration of the company’s vehicles, tools, and assets, guaranteeing that all items remain operational, fully documented, and at 100% availability, thereby preventing losses, thefts, and improper practices. Functions and Responsibilities \* Full vehicle fleet control. \* Daily physical and mechanical condition inspections. \* Real-time tracking. \* Control of circulation permits, insurance policies, license plates, and vehicle registration fees. \* Updated maintenance logs. \* Scheduling of maintenance activities. \* Assignment control with accountability documents. \* Tools and assets inventory. \* Periodic and unannounced audits. \* Weekly and monthly reporting. KPIs \* 98–100% fleet operational rate. \* 100% valid documentation. \* Zero tools without assigned responsibility. \* Audits. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or Mechanics. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in fleet control or materials resources management. Skills: \* Organization. \* Tracking. \* Integrity. \* Firm character. Salary and Bonus Structure Base salary: $12,000 monthly net. Monthly bonuses: \* $1,500 for 100% vehicle fleet compliance (operational vehicles, valid documentation, maintenance logs, and controls). \* $1,500 for 100% tools and assets compliance (inventories, controls, and audits).
