Additional experience in administrative tasks, such as managing project timelines, handling client correspondence, or processing invoices, will be considered a significant plus. **Tasks and responsibilities** * Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. * Coordinate and help create promotional materials like brochures and social media posts. * Analyze target audiences, competitors, and market trends. * Organize and manage marketing events such as webinars and trade shows. * Track budgets, prepare reports, and maintain marketing calendars. * Monitor campaign performance and provide data\-driven insights. * Assist with social media, website updates, and digital advertising. * Manage communication with vendors, clients, and partners. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. * Previous experience in a similar role. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Familiarity with Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools * Experience in one or more of the following areas is : * Finance or bookkeeping * Property management * Collections * Sales support * Professional certifications in any of the above areas are an advantage **Requirements** * Reside in Mexico * The whole hiring process must be held from the computer you will be applying from * Laptop or desktop computer you’d use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera. * Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher.
