Optimization of materials, labor, and machinery **Manufacturing Supervisor** **Purpose of the Position:** Manage, organize, and supervise assigned personnel, and ensure, to the greatest extent possible, compliance with the production schedule by establishing daily and/or weekly targets. **Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise activities related to production line startup (T1 Monday). 2. Manage and supervise operational staff. 3. Ensure compliance with the production schedule. 4. Report daily KPIs (scrap, production, quality). 5. Submit reports and provide support to production coordination and production manager for decision-making. 6.
