The Material Allocation Project – QRO Factory is a unique opportunity to experience industry from within and develop highly sought-after skills. This project aims to ensure that each production material is correctly assigned to its work center in SAP, enabling a new logistics model for the Siemens Querétaro plant. The impact is direct on operational efficiency, digitalization, and material flow across production lines.
