Manufacturing Engineer Responsible for converting Product Engineering designs into clear production instructions through manuals, process sheets, and technical documentation. Identifies tooling and fixture requirements, ensuring efficient processes that meet quality, safety, and ergonomics standards. Leads assembly validations, FMEA analysis, continuous improvement proposals, and personnel training to guarantee safe and optimized execution. We are seeking: Manufacturing Engineer In this position, you will be responsible for: Analysis and preparation of engineering changes * Analyze parts and assemblies released in Engineering Changes (ECN). * Validate significance according to EMPB requirements (PPAP). * Determine tools required for assembly. * Define material routing and process flow. * Establish required workstation(s). * Prepare work instructions, process sheets, and assembly manuals. * Train assembly personnel on new methods or processes. * Determine standard assembly times associated with the change. Production support * Provide technical support to the production line for complex issues or process deviations. * Ensure correct application of defined methods and standards. Process FMEA support * Collaborate with the Process FMEA team to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in manufacturing methods. Change management and industrialization * Actively participate in Change Management and Project Industrialization meetings. * Contribute to preventing implementation time impacts caused by assembly errors or rework. * Lead implementation of changes on the production line. * Track findings detected during implementation until closure. Optimization and continuous improvement * Develop and implement optimization and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools and other operational efficiency methodologies.
