Technological and specialized work environment At Comunícalo de México, we are looking for a **Managed Services and IT Security Support Engineer** to join our operations team. **Position Objective** Ensure the operation, monitoring, and support of IT managed services, guaranteeing SLA compliance as well as efficient handling of requirements related to cybersecurity, networks, WiFi, IP telephony, and infrastructure solutions. **Main Responsibilities** Solutions Architect Customer operation and support for security services (FW) Monitoring and analysis of infrastructure and security alerts. Resolution of L2 / L3 level incidents\. Support for cybersecurity, network, WiFi, and IP telephony solutions. Compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (degree required). 2 years of experience in infrastructure support or managed services.
