




Position Summary: BRP is seeking a Maintenance Trainee to support administrative management, documentation, and compliance with quality guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support for the maintenance department. 2. Collaboration in planning, tracking, and documentation of activities. 3. Updating and maintaining records in CMMS and Google Drive. BRP is looking for a Maintenance Trainee! Plant 3, First Shift. Currently enrolled student in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Industrial Maintenance **Profile:** * Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) * Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills * Basic knowledge of maintenance (preferred) * Basic to intermediate English **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative support to the maintenance department, collaborating on planning, tracking, and documenting maintenance activities, as well as controlling resources and internal systems. * Create, modify, and document LOTO instructions for Facilities and Machinery according to internal requirements and STPS/ISO regulations. * Update and maintain records of created instructions using CMMS Guide TI and Google Drive. * Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines per ISO 9001.
