Ensure optimal operation, safety, and preservation of building facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various systems. **Responsibilities** * Conduct assessment, repair, and maintenance tasks on **plumbing, electrical, etc.** systems. * Promptly respond to tenant reports regarding mechanical failures or maintenance needs. * Coordinate with Facilities Management for work requiring external vendors or specialized technicians. * Properly use assigned tools, equipment, and supplies. * Calibrate instruments and tools necessary for performing duties correctly. * Comply with corporate safety procedures and access control protocols. * Actively participate in building emergency response and evacuation protocols. **Requirements** * Prior experience in building maintenance (preferred). * Practical knowledge of plumbing, electricity, etc. * Basic understanding of safety regulations and emergency response procedures. * Responsible, organized individual with effective communication skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent working environment.
