Continuous detection and improvement of equipment and facilities Job Description: **Job Objective** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production equipment, facilities, and supporting critical systems to ensure their optimal performance and operational availability, thereby meeting production schedules and quality, safety, and hygiene standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance** on facilities, critical systems, and production equipment according to the established schedule. → To ensure proper operation and prevent unplanned downtime. * **Verify the operation of process and production equipment** during operations. → To guarantee adherence to the daily production schedule. * **Install and adjust equipment on production lines**, as required by the product being processed. → To contribute toward achieving business objectives. * **Clean and sanitize packaging equipment**, whether previously used or about to be used, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). → To ensure product safety and prevent cross-contamination. * **Identify opportunities for improvement** in equipment or facilities. → To increase efficiency, reduce losses, and optimize cycle times. * **Monitor and validate the proper operation of machinery during production.** → To ensure uninterrupted production flow without deviations. * **Complete records and technical documentation** in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). → To maintain traceability and regulatory compliance. **Required Profile** * Completed technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * General mechanical and electrical maintenance skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environments (preferably cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food industries). * Knowledge of GMPs, GDPs, and industrial safety. * Ability to detect failures, work under pressure, demonstrate urgency, and collaborate effectively within a team.
