**Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems in machinery and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing operational continuity and industrial safety. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Diagnose failures in valves, pumps, cylinders, hoses, and compressors. * Interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams. * Replace and adjust hydraulic and pneumatic components. * Verify pressures, flow rates, and equipment operation. * Detect leaks and failures in lines and connections. * Record completed work in maintenance logs. * Comply with industrial safety and hygiene standards. * Support machinery installation and commissioning. * Collaborate with other technical departments as required. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field. * **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance (preferably in industry). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Reading of drawings and diagrams * Pumps, valves, actuators, and compressors * Measuring tools and equipment **Skills** * Problem analysis and resolution * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Organization * Responsibility and commitment * Working under pressure **Competencies** * Safety focus * Results orientation * Operational discipline * Proactivity **Working Conditions** * Plant-based work * Use of personal protective equipment * Possible rotating shifts or on-call duties Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work Location: On-site employment
