In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of both preventive and corrective work plans, as well as the proper management of permits, documentation, and reports within the maintenance department, contributing to optimal facility operations. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and execute scheduled activities outlined in the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. * Supervise on-site corrective actions and ensure compliance with established standards. * Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing performed preventive maintenance activities, as well as the general condition of equipment and systems. * Maintain records of completed activities in Excel format, updating information according to executed actions and obtained results. * Supervision and management of personnel. Requirements: * Degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Mechatronics, Maintenance Engineering, or related field. * Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred. * Proficiency in using tools and measurement equipment (multimeter, ammeter, hygrometer, thermostats, electrical network tester, micro-scanner for nodes, IPC tester). * Knowledge of specialized installations preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Valid driver’s license preferred.
