




Position Summary: We are seeking an Electronics or Mechanical Engineer with manufacturing experience, production line maintenance expertise, and PLC operation skills to coordinate maintenance programs, generate performance indicators, and manage resources. Focus on productivity, reduction of downtime, and effectiveness ***\*\*\* Salary based on competencies, skills, and knowledge \*\*\**** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm / Saturdays 8:00 am to 1:30 pm **Position Profile:** * Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering degree * Minimum three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing company, including production line, building, vehicle, and cargo unit maintenance * Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance * Performance indicator management * Operation of machinery and tools * PLC operation * Interpretation of electrical manuals * Coordination of maintenance program implementation and proposal of improvements to existing programs * Generation of departmental indicators reflecting productivity results, downtime, and fault resolution effectiveness * Daily review of downtime results to implement necessary measures and actions * Establishment of an information control system enabling tracking of the maintenance department’s performance and providing data for decision-making * Administration and control of departmental resources and supplies; supervision of tool, machinery, and equipment care under responsibility * Coordination of installation and operation of new equipment * Management of assigned human resources * Administration and control of spare parts warehouse inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels to perform maintenance promptly and effectively **Strong sense of commitment, ethics, teamwork, innovation, proactivity, responsibility, problem-solving ability, organizational and personnel supervision skills, and proper handling of confidential information.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
