




Supervise, coordinate, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, ensuring the proper operation of all critical systems (power, water intake, water treatment, plumbing, refrigeration, etc.), while maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability standards at all times. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the operation of power systems * Ensure maintenance and operation of water intake systems * Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities * Maintain inventory control of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies * Prepare periodic technical reports on equipment and facility performance * Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff or external contractors * Comply with and enforce safety and hygiene regulations * Propose improvements in energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable practices * Respond to technical emergencies affecting hotel operations * Coordinate maintenance work without impacting guest experience **Job Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, renewable energy, or related field * Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience (preferably in hotels, eco-residences, or sustainable developments) * Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and renewable energy systems * Experience operating self-sustaining or “off-the-grid” facilities (desirable) * Proficiency with tools, reading technical drawings, and maintenance logs * Leadership ability and personnel management skills Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Life insurance * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site employment
