An industrial company located at the Port of Altamira, Tamaulipas, invites applications for the position of Maintenance Planning Supervisor, responsible for coordinating, planning, and controlling maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities. Job Objective Plan, schedule, and monitor plant maintenance activities, ensuring proper work order management, maintenance performance indicators, and coordination between operations and maintenance departments. The position aims to enhance equipment reliability, optimize maintenance resources, and ensure efficient execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities * Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Control and manage maintenance work orders. * Coordinate maintenance programs with operations and production departments. * Monitor compliance with maintenance programs. * Develop and analyze maintenance indicators (KPIs). * Monitor equipment reliability and performance indicators. * Analyze equipment failures and participate in root cause analysis. * Prepare and submit technical maintenance reports and documentation. * Coordinate with the maintenance team to execute scheduled tasks. * Control and track maintenance-related purchase orders. * Maintain up-to-date equipment maintenance history records. * Propose process improvements to increase operational reliability. * Support spare parts and materials management for maintenance activities. * Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities in management systems.
