Ensure equipment remains in optimal operating condition and maintains good aesthetic appearance. Ensure maximum operational availability of forklifts, vans, and assigned equipment. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance programs. Supervise and assign maintenance personnel activities. Review and validate work orders, failure reports, and logs. Inspect work performed by external workshops, validating quality, timelines, and costs. Track units sent for external repair until proper release. Control appropriate usage of spare parts, materials, and consumables. Participate in technical evaluation of maintenance suppliers. Report incidents, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities to the relevant supervisor. Promote safe working conditions, order, and cleanliness in the workshop.
