Position Summary: Responsible for precision machining of production parts, including grinding, turning, and milling, operating CNC equipment, and implementing engineering modifications. Key Highlights: 1. Precision machining on grinders, honing machines, lathes, and milling machines 2. Setup and operation of CNC equipment for component manufacturing 3. Manufacturing of parts with tolerances up to +/- 0.0001” Responsible for precision machining of production parts, such as external and internal cylindrical grinding, part turning, slotting, chamfering, radiusing, among others. **Responsibilities:** * Machining on cylindrical grinders, external diameters. * Machining on honing machines, internal diameters. * Machining on lathes. * Machining on milling machines. * Fixture machining. * Setup and operation of CNC equipment for component manufacturing. * Implement engineering modifications per design specifications. * Manufacturing of parts with tolerances up to \+/\- 0\.0001” and steel finishes up to grade "B1" (ground). * Completion of equipment utilization reports and work orders. * Compliance with established safety and quality standards. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness according to 5S principles. * Operation of auxiliary equipment such as cranes and load-securing systems. * \*Heat treatment of steels. **Requirements and Experience:** * Minimum 3\-5 years of machining experience. * Proficiency in measurement tools and advanced metrology. * Operation of conventional machinery (milling machines, lathes, grinders). * Experience in TIG and laser welding processes. * Skills in part polishing and finishing. * Ability to independently solve problems and collaborate effectively within a team. * Proactivity, accountability, and organizational skills. * \*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * \*Advanced knowledge of applied mathematics. * \*CNC programming (G\-Code, M\-Code, Mastercam). **Desirable:** * Certification or training in advanced manufacturing. * Experience with CNC setups. * Knowledge of mechanical drawing interpretation and development. * Skills in prototype work and tool development.
