Position Summary: Lead Somos’ logistics operations in Mexico by establishing and operating the CEDI, managing inventory control, and overseeing the vehicle fleet to enable efficient scaling. Position: Logistics Leader · Position Mission: Lead Somos’ logistics operations in Mexico from scratch: establish and operate the first CEDI in CDMX, ensure inventory control, coordinate procurement, manage the vehicle fleet, and uphold operational standards enabling efficient and auditable scaling. This role serves as the logistical backbone of Somos’ expansion in Mexico. · Key Responsibilities: · CEDI Operations and Inventory Control Procurement and Supplier Management Vehicle Fleet Management Maintenance and Infrastructure Physical and Road Safety Team Leadership and Reporting Expansion and Auditing · Desirable: · Experience working in startups or high-growth companies in Mexico. Familiarity with inventory management tools or ERPs (SAP, ARTEMIS, Odoo, or similar). Network of logistics providers, carriers, and security companies in CDMX.
