Our commitment is to contribute to the development and improvement of various sectors across industry and government. **We invite you to join our team!** Join the team as: **"Level 2 Support Technician"** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical degree (degree certificate required) / Bachelor’s degree (internship status acceptable) in Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Solid knowledge in the field. * Familiarity with ticketing tools. * **Willingness and ability to travel to various locations across CDMX.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform functionality tests on hardware or software components exhibiting faults that may interrupt equipment operation, in order to issue the corresponding technical diagnosis. * Document solutions for requests and incidents, and compile evidence of service delivery. * Handle on-site service orders for requests or incidents registered at the service desk. * Ensure compliance with service-level agreements. * Request per diem allowances for ticket resolution. * Receive and inspect components supplied by logistics for ticket resolution. **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Problem-solving. * Innovation. * Excellent customer service. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $12,700 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm **If you meet the profile and are interested in this vacancy, please apply through this channel.** *In this organization, we foster a discrimination-free environment.
