Degree certificate mandatory. / Bachelor’s degree (internship status acceptable) in Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Solid knowledge in the field. * Familiarity with ticketing tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle on-site service orders for requests or incidents registered at the service desk. * Perform functional testing of hardware or software components that may exhibit failures causing operational interruption of equipment, in order to issue the corresponding technical diagnosis. * Ensure compliance with service level agreements. * Document resolution of requests and incidents and compile evidence of the support provided. **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork and collaboration. * Problem solving. * Innovation. * Excellent customer service. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $12,700 * Statutory benefits from day one. * 31 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers. * Paid special leave. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. ***Willingness to travel across different locations in CDMX is essential.*** **If you meet the profile and are interested in this position, please apply through this channel.** *In this organization, we foster a discrimination-free environment.
