We are seeking a **Landscape Architect** with experience in **architectural project development in Revit**, focused on **vertical design**. The position is oriented toward **construction documentation**, technical coordination and accurate construction representation, as well as conceptual design of exterior areas. **Responsibilities** * Development of **architectural projects in Revit** (schematic and construction documentation). * Modeling of exterior spaces. * Preparation of **architectural drawings**. * Definition and representation of **construction systems**. * Coordination with engineering disciplines (structural and MEP). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (licensed or advanced candidate). * **Proven experience as a landscape architect in vertical design.** * Proficiency in **Revit (Architecture)**. * Ability to develop projects from inception through construction documentation. * Strong construction judgment and attention to detail. * Organized work methodology. **Desirable** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in vertical design. * Basic knowledge of **structural and MEP systems** for coordination purposes. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Photoshop and/or rendering tools**. * Familiarity with urban regulations and building codes. **We offer** * Participation in residential and multifamily projects. * Professional growth within the design department. * A technical and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * On-site position.
