At **Encontrack**, we are looking to bring on board an **Organizational Culture and Communications Analyst** who will contribute to strengthening our organizational culture and internal communications through strategic campaigns, content, and events that foster a sense of belonging. **Position Objective** Drive organizational communication and culture through endomarketing initiatives, content management, and support for internal events—aligned with the organization’s identity and values. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute internal communication and endomarketing campaigns. * Develop graphic, editorial, and audiovisual content for various internal channels. * Draft institutional announcements with a high degree of clarity and coherence. * Support the planning and logistics of internal events. * Collaborate with leaders and internal departments to address communication needs. * Measure the impact of communication initiatives and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (degree completed). * One year of experience in internal communications, endomarketing, and/or corporate events. * Proficiency in **spelling and writing** *(an assessment will be administered)*. * Knowledge of graphic design and digital tools. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Availability for occasional travel. **We Offer** * Monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Meal subsidy * SGMM * Life insurance * 30 days’ year-end bonus * Flexible days off * Hybrid work modality *You’ll be part of a great team!
