Position Summary: We are seeking an IT support technician with experience in Help Desk, equipment installation and maintenance, cabling, CCTV, VoIP telephony, servers, and end-user training. Key Highlights: 1. Central Help Desk role and technical issue resolution 2. Experience in installation and maintenance of CCTV and VoIP systems 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and servers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Help Desk: Serve as the central point of contact to resolve technical issues, IT incidents, or user inquiries · Remote control using AnyDesk · Installation of cabling and components for CCTV systems (Hikvision, EZviz if experienced) · Physical adjustment of cameras (angle, focus, lighting) · CCTV monitoring via HikConnect · VoIP telephony: Installation of cabling and Grandstream phones · Installation of cabling and components (Panduit, accompanied by MID) · Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment (Lenovo, Dell) · Physical installation of private server equipment (Synology), accompanied by MID · Basic installation of Yale security alarm systems (if experienced) · End-user training on basic system usage · Migration of equipment and accounts across different types · Installation and execution of antivirus and antispyware software · Platform monitoring · Cable punching · Hardware cleaning · Cable routing guidance **REQUIREMENTS** · Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, or related field · Knowledge of Jira/Zoho Desk platform (preferred) · Gender-neutral · Valid driver’s license or personal motorcycle (gasoline and maintenance covered) **WE OFFER:** · Base salary: $14,000 gross monthly plus productivity bonuses Work location: Providencia · Statutory benefits · Standard company vehicle · Company mobile phone · Company laptop · If you own a motorcycle, gasoline, insurance, and maintenance are covered · Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM · Performance-based bonuses Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company automobile * Company telephone Workplace: On-site employment
