Solid experience in standardization and continuous improvement At Elevadores Aymon, we seek a Junior Industrial Engineer with a strong sense of order, discipline, and follow-up, interested in developing expertise in continuous improvement within a real industrial environment. What will you do? * Structured follow-up of the 5S program across various areas * Document processes and generate evidence (checklists, reports, simple diagrams) * Verify compliance with standards * Identify deviations and propose basic improvements for order and flow * Support review and follow-up sessions What are we looking for? * Industrial Engineering or related field (recent graduate or final semesters) * Genuine interest in continuous improvement and operational discipline * Basic–intermediate Excel skills * Methodical, organized, persistent, and detail-oriented profile * Comfortable working under supervision and alongside operational staff What we offer * Practical learning in a growing industrial company * Direct coaching on real-world implementation of 5S * Solid experience in standardization and continuous improvement * Statutory benefits This is not a design or managerial position.
