Today, we are looking for our Junior Designer — someone who can accelerate the production of high-quality, consistent, and fast-turnaround digital and web assets. **Role Mission** Increase production capacity for physical, digital, and web assets while ensuring visual consistency and execution speed. **Key Responsibilities** * Production and adaptation of B2B campaign assets: one-pagers, brochures, presentation decks, ads, banners, infographics. * Template adaptation. * Maintain consistency with brand guidelines (typography, colors, visual style, iconography). * Design and adapt sections/components for the Luca website (banners, layouts, landing pages, downloadable resources). * Design assets for email campaigns: headers, modules, banners, iconography, and adaptations. * Basic email template layout in Mailchimp (or similar): ensure brand consistency, readability, and visual hierarchy. * Simple animations: text, transitions, lower thirds, short loops for social media. * Light editing for rapid formats: trimming, subtitling, adapting to vertical/horizontal formats. * Support in creating assets for Reels/Stories. **What We’re Looking For** *Experience:* * 0–3 years of experience in digital design within a fast-paced execution environment (startup/agency). * Experience working with CMS platforms (Webflow / WordPress / HubSpot / similar) or collaboration with web teams (coding not required). * Basic knowledge of email design using tools like Mailchimp. * Familiarity with motion design and light editing. * Highly organized: files, versions, handoffs, checklists. * Bonus: experience in EdTech / education or B2B projects. *Skills / Tools* * Illustrator/Photoshop. * Canva. * CMS (Webflow or similar) — basic administration. * Mailchimp (or equivalent). * Figma (preferred). * Basic motion: After Effects / CapCut or alternatives. * Preferred: basic HTML/CSS knowledge. **Why Join Luca?** Founded in Portugal, Luca is the fastest-growing EdTech in Mexico and one of Latin America’s most promising startups.
