The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or Business Management. Experience in document management, file handling, and contract drafting, as well as an understanding of regulatory compliance and obligations toward corporate authorities. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or Business Management * High level of organization * Excellent writing skills * Confidentiality * Attention to detail * Handling procedures before authorities (SAT, IMSS, Notaries) * Internal or external audits desirable Responsibilities: * Drafting and managing files, and storing them in physical and digital archives * Tracking expirations and renewals * Monitoring and supervising legal, labor, and tax compliance in coordination with internal departments * Preparing letters, documents, powers of attorney, and contracts * Coordinating responses to authority requests with the internal team responsible for such matters * Implementing document management processes We Offer: Statutory benefits Career growth Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
