We are looking for a Community Manager to drive the company’s digital presence and reinforce our brand positioning in the telecommunications sector, specifically focused on telephone equipment. *This is a newly created position; therefore, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our digital strategy.* **Requirements** \* Students in their final semesters or recent graduates in related fields: Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, Digital Media, or similar. \* Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media or digital projects. \* Portfolio of work required. \* Knowledge of content creation, community management, and digital trends. \* Creativity, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and administration of the company’s social media accounts. * Creation of engaging content (copywriting and design coordination). * Planning and execution of digital strategies; community interaction and monitoring of messages/comments. * Analysis of metrics and proposals for continuous improvement. * Support in advertising campaigns and brand positioning. **We Offer** * Monthly salary ranging from $13,000 to $15,000 MXN, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Company-provided computer equipment. * Funding for programs or applications necessary to perform the job. * Growth opportunity within an expanding project. **Work Schedule**: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays: Remote work.
