Troubleshooting and diagnosis of system and network failures. Responsibilities * Administration of **users and devices in Active Directory**. * Management of **user account creation, deletion, and modifications**. * Configuration of user services and accounts. * Incident handling and follow-up via **service desk**. * **Troubleshooting and diagnosis of failures** in systems and networks. * Monitoring and analysis of events reported by users. * Escalation of incidents to **second-level support or vendor support**. * Documentation and logging of events in **logs and tickets**. Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field. * **2 years of experience** in technical support or IT infrastructure. * Experience with **Active Directory (mandatory)**. * Knowledge of **user and domain administration**. * Experience in **problem diagnosis and troubleshooting**. * Knowledge of **networks and end-user support**.
