We are seeking an ***Accountant*** **Job Objective** Ensure proper accounting and financial management of the company, guaranteeing compliance with tax regulations, timely submission of financial reports, and the integrity of accounting information for strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Record, classify, and analyze accounting transactions in accordance with current standards and policies. * Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. * Perform accounting and tax closing. * Control and validate payroll, benefits, and labor obligations in coordination with the Human Resources department. * Manage accounting documentation and maintain the accounting system up to date. * Ensure compliance with the organization’s financial and accounting policies. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting * **Experience:** 2 years in general accounting * **Technical Knowledge:** * Financial Reporting Standards * Mexican tax legislation. * Tax calculation and filing. * Proficiency in accounting systems (COI, CONTPAQi, SAP, or others). * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite. We Offer **PROJECT-BASED HIRING** * Base salary negotiable according to experience, starting from $12,000 * Fee-based engagement for the first 3 months, with potential transition to an indefinite-term contract. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Work Mode: Hybrid.
