Development in general accounting and reconciliations. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a recently graduated accountant with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, who is capable of working under pressure and collaborating with other administrative\-accounting functions. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** The position requires performing the following activities: · General accounting. · Bank reconciliations. · Integration and cleansing of accounting accounts. · Generation of global sales invoices. · Entry of journal entries (revenues, expenses, and general journal). · Tax\-accounting reconciliation. · Monitoring and clarification of accounting discrepancies. · Generation of accounting reports (Financial Statements) and tax reports (DIOT). · Inventory taking and control. · Daily review of cash closures across all departments. · Cash counts. · Supervision and auditing of collections during internal club and buffet events. · Management of administrative\-accounting files. · Handling of petty cash fund and supervision of staff. · Knowledge of ContpaqI and SAP (Desirable). · Intermediate to advanced Excel software skills. **SKILLS** Strong sense of responsibility and honesty. Attention to detail. Observational ability and capacity to detect anomalies. Organization and discipline. Effective communication. Firm and objective character for field audits. **NOTES** It is recommended that the junior accountant reside near the golf club area and hold a valid driver’s license.
