




Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure and IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to users, maintain equipment, and manage systems, including ERP. Key Highlights: 1. User administration, access management, and basic cybersecurity **Position: Infrastructure and IT Support Specialist** **Location: San Pedro Garza García – Valle Oriente, Nuevo León** **Responsibilities** · Technical support to internal users (hardware, software, and systems). · Handling, tracking, and closing support tickets. · Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals. · Diagnosis and resolution of connectivity issues (LAN, WiFi, IP, cabling). · User, access, and password administration on internal platforms. · Support for administrative systems and ERP (SAP preferred). · Data backup, antivirus, and basic cybersecurity controls. · On-site technical support when required (branches, plants, warehouses). · Documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical procedures. **Requirements** · Technical degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. · Experience in technical support and IT infrastructure. · Knowledge of networks, printers, systems, and user support. · Proficiency with ticketing tools (ITIL or similar is a plus). · Ability to work in operational and industrial environments. · Willingness to travel. · Technical English for reading manuals (preferred). **We Offer** · **Salary: $20,000 monthly gross** · Statutory benefits * Upon becoming a permanent employee, you receive: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
