




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technical Support professional to manage incidents, perform maintenance, and ensure the proper functioning of technological infrastructure and user support. Technical support ticket handling and follow-up We are looking for an **IT Technical Support** professional to address incidents related to computer equipment, printers, and technological services, ensuring the proper functioning of infrastructure and user support. Responsibilities * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** of computer equipment. * Install and configure **software and applications**. * Install and configure **printers and scanners**. * Reassign and configure **computer equipment**. * Create **local accounts and reset passwords** on devices. * Configure **shared folders** and provide administrative support. * Diagnose **hardware and component failures** for warranty validation. * Perform **computer equipment cloning**, when required. * Handle and follow up on **technical support tickets** reported by users. * Communicate with users via **email or telephone calls** to address incidents. * Log and track **relevant events in logs**. * Identify, categorize, and prioritize incidents for appropriate resolution or escalation. Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.** * **2 years of experience** in technical support or IT infrastructure. * Experience in **computer equipment maintenance**. * Experience in **printer installation and configuration**. * Knowledge of **software and operating system installation**. * Experience in **hardware diagnostics**. * Experience in **user support and service desk operations**.
