Ranked as the leader in most major global business centers, CBRE has a network of over 75,000 employees across 111 countries, including partners and affiliated offices. **Position Description**: As an IT Technical Leader, you will be responsible for delivering data center support to ensure its optimal operation. **Responsibilities include**:* * Lead and manage ITS Service Delivery Technicians within critical client environments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of IT equipment installation, relocation, and decommissioning requests. * * Supervise repair ticket management and problem resolution, ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes or appropriate escalation. * * Ensure creation, review, and updating of on-site documentation—including inventories and standard operating procedures—in response to instructions or process changes. * * Supervise provisioning, fault diagnosis, and correction of network channel connectivity. **Experience**:* * Knowledge and understanding of servers, switches, and cards. * * Knowledge of network hardware components and their functions. * * Rack assembly, installation, and internal equipment configuration. * * Relocation and decommissioning of computer equipment. * * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. **Requirements**:* * 2 years of experience working in technology data center environments. * * Completed or incomplete degree in Systems Engineering, or Technical/Associate degree in Information Technology or related field. * * Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. **We Offer**:* * Competitive salary. * * Statutory benefits. * * Life insurance. * * Funeral expense insurance. * * Opportunities for development and growth.
