




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support and Services Engineer to provide advisory and technical support, manage tickets and projects, and propose process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluation and improvement of support processes IT Support and Services Engineer **PROFILE:** Gender: Unspecified Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering; Technical Degree in Informatics; Technologist; Technical High School Diploma Minimum 1 year of experience General knowledge of control panels Level 1 and 2 technical support Process documentation Project management User support Ticket portal management Bot administration IT asset inventory management Moodle usage Office 365 General knowledge of computing infrastructure and networks. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide user support for consultations and incidents; Generate weekly reports on resolved and ongoing tickets; Route procurement requests to the Director’s Assistant through the coordinator; Request services from Level 2 and Level 3 Support Engineers; Coordinate with service coordination and follow-up; Configure and assign standardized equipment; Evaluate, analyze, and propose improvements to technical support processes; Route inventory requirements to the Specialist Engineer; Provide general support including user creation, campaign assignment, image updates, new bot templates, and surveys; Properly manage user requests via the ticketing system, and know and master all platforms requiring user support (e.g., TeamViewer). **WE OFFER:** Competitive salary Weekly net pay Bonus of 25% of salary upon completion of the 4th month Statutory benefits Please apply through this channel.
