The purpose of this position is to ensure the proper operation of technological equipment, biometric access systems, and organizational network connectivity, delivering preventive and corrective technical support to internal users. **Requirements** * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 1–3 years of hands-on technical support experience. * Experience maintaining PC and Mac equipment. * Proficiency in biometric access control systems. * Knowledge of enterprise networks and connectivity. **Required Technical Skills** * Hardware and software diagnostics. * Windows and macOS operating systems. * Microsoft 365 or corporate software. * LAN, WiFi, and structured cabling networks. * Basic configuration of networking devices. * Biometric attendance or access control systems. * Basic cybersecurity knowledge. **Main Responsibilities** * Diagnose, maintain, and perform basic repairs on computing equipment (PC and Mac). * Prepare, format, and configure equipment for new hires. * Manage and inventory technological equipment. * Monitor and resolve internal network failures (LAN, WiFi, cabling). * Perform basic configuration of routers, switches, and access points. * Diagnose internet and internal network connectivity issues. * Install, configure, and maintain biometric devices. * Register, update, and delete users in access control or attendance systems. * Diagnose and resolve biometric reader failures. * Generate reports or validate records as required by HR. * Address technical incidents reported by staff. * Provide basic user training on correct equipment and software usage. * Document incidents and applied solutions. * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance. * Safeguard information security and technological access controls. * Propose improvements to technological infrastructure. * Support implementation of new technological tools.
