Diagnosis and repair of Windows and Apple devices We are looking for an **IT Specialist** to ensure the availability, security, and optimal performance of Knotion’s technological infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide **Level 1 and Level 2** technical infrastructure support. * Configure, diagnose, and repair Windows and Apple devices. * Configure and administer networks and servers. * Manage access control devices, CCTV systems, switches, and printers. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies and Communications (TICs), or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Logical thinking and attention to detail. * Communication skills. * Teamwork ability. * Proactivity.
